Company Overview
Built to support repeat runs.
World Class Tool & Machine was founded in 1997 by Dave Loveland and Shawn Sweeney. What started as a small workshop has grown into a production-focused CNC manufacturing operation equipped with 40 CNC machines.
We support production quantities that typically range from 50 to 10,000 pieces, with processes built around repeatability and schedule stability. When revisions happen, we keep scope and timing clear so downstream operations can stay on track.
Today we operate out of a 22,000 sq ft facility (since 2019), with work organized around controlled variation, documented checkpoints, and straightforward communication.

Inspection / QC equipment
Keyence inspection equipment (pictured) supports fast measurement feedback during production runs. Additional gaging is selected per print requirements.

Production Mindset
Designed for production, not one-offs
Production work depends on stable setups and controlled variation. We focus on documentation and inspection that match customer requirements, and communication that supports scheduling decisions across purchasing, planning, and the floor.
What we prioritize
- Repeatable processes
- In-house quality checks
- Clear lead-time communication
- Continuous improvement
Lead time philosophy
Lead time is driven by material availability, operation count, and current production load. We quote realistic dates, flag long-lead items early, and communicate quickly if anything changes.
- Schedule-critical parts should be called out during quoting
- Expedites may be possible when capacity allows
- Revision control is confirmed before running production
Quality
Quality as a system
ISO 9001:2015
World Class Tool & Machine is ISO 9001:2015 certified and operates under a structured quality management system.
Our quality approach is built around documented processes, inspection methods aligned to customer requirements, and corrective action when issues occur.
Continuous improvement is part of how we run production work: operators, programming, and quality collaborate to reduce variation and stabilize outcomes over repeat runs.
We aim to keep documentation clear and useful—supporting traceable decisions without adding unnecessary overhead.
We work best with teams who value steady execution and transparent communication. The goal is a long-term partnership built on repeatability, clear expectations, and production outcomes you can plan around.
